chazsky: well...They're not all that bad... I personally lost 5 kilos and close to 15 cm of girth (which puts me comfortably in the "normal" zone after being in danger of falling off the precipice of obesity) after going on a McDonald's diet... Besides, recent research has revealed that what you eat doesn't matter quite as much as how much you eat... Loosen up guys!
